This policy explains what Cyc Holdings collects when you use this site, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Information you give us

• Sellers: property address, property characteristics and condition, your timeline and any price expectation, plus your name, email address and phone number.
• Builders and developers: company name, website, your role, your acquisition criteria, plus your name, email address and phone number.
• Anything else you choose to put in a message to us.

Information collected automatically

• Referral source and campaign parameters (UTM tags) from the link you arrived on, and the page you landed on.
• Your IP address, recorded with form submissions to prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To evaluate a property and prepare an offer.
• To contact you about your submission and to follow up.
• To match acquisition criteria against properties we have under contract, for buyers on our list.
• To prevent spam and abuse of our forms.
• To understand which marketing channels are working.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade contact lists, and we do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only where it is necessary to operate or to close a transaction:

• Service providers who host our site, store our data, and send our email, acting on our instructions.
• Where a property proceeds toward a transaction: title and escrow companies, and the buyer taking assignment of the contract.
• Our attorneys, accountants and advisors, and where we are legally required to disclose.

How long we keep it

We retain submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and pursue a potential transaction, and afterwards as required for legal, accounting and record-keeping purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing acquisitions@cyc-holdings.com. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we hold about you, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We will not ask you to waive them.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number, you agree we may call or text you about your submission. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on a call.

Security

We use reputable providers and industry-standard measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the current version.
