This site provides general information about Cyc Holdings and lets you submit a property for evaluation or submit acquisition criteria as a buyer. It is informational. Nothing here is an offer to buy or sell any property, and no binding agreement arises until a written purchase and sale agreement is signed by all parties.

Submissions

By submitting a form, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• For a property submission, you are the owner, an authorized representative of the owner, or otherwise entitled to discuss a sale.
• You agree we may contact you by email, phone or text about your submission.

Submitting a property does not obligate you to sell, and does not obligate us to make an offer.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest or submit through this site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Confidential deal information

Information about properties under contract is provided only to buyers on our list and is subject to a separate non-disclosure and non-circumvention agreement. Receiving such information does not permit you to share it, or to approach a seller directly to transact around us.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and marks on this site belong to Cyc Holdings, except where third-party names are referenced descriptively. Those names and marks belong to their respective owners, and their use here does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyc Holdings is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
